Bridgwater 3rd v CCRFC

Top of the league Bridgwater 3rds hosted the mid-table Cary team for what captain, James Atkins, described as a game that was definitely of two distinct halves.

The opening twenty minutes saw Cary playing well, with a half-time score of 3–0 reflecting their efforts.

However, Bridgwater opened up in the second half, using the slope and the wind to their full advantage to come away as strong winners.

Cary's Man of the Match was awarded to Ben Snook, who coach Jon Thomas acknowledged had played "outstandingly well under immense pressure."
