Match report:
CCRFC v Frome 3rd

The last game of the season saw Cary start very poorly with Frome scoring within the first two minutes, which was successfully converted, and again five minutes later. Harold Dunstan, who was lent to Frome for the first 15 minutes scored whilst Frome waited for their 15th player to turn up. However, Cary took the game back to Frome scoring through J. Berry in his first game of the season. Missed chances from Cary saw Frome keep their lead. Cary fought back throughout the game to just keep in touch with Frome but never to overtake.

The Club and players would like to thank Jon Thomas for the last six years as coach and wish him all the best. Cary hope to keep training throughout the summer with various sports on Tuesdays at 7pm at the Clubhouse. All new and old players welcome.
