UNDER 7s
A game played in good humour and lots of fun. Bathed in great winter sunshine. Free flowing. Both teams had good passages of play, with running rugby. Castle Cary Player of the Match: Christopher Dowding.
UNDER 9s
Joe Dibble did very well playing in his first match for the Club. Try scorers were Angus Davis (2) and Joe Shepherd (1). Player of the Match: Daisy Liddle.
UNDER 10s
With Tor having a bigger pack Cary struggled to secure scrums and lineouts, but good support when they did get the ball gave them the edge, giving Jack Clothier time to run with the ball, scoring all but two of Cary's tries in the two games. Other mentions go to Liam Atkins, who got Player of the Match, and Josh Coombes, who applied himself very well against a tough scrummaging Tor side.
